WATERSHED (2013)

A performance and installation commissioned for the Tate Modern Turbine Hall. Referencing the below water-level Thames-side location, a barrier was periodically ceremoniously extended across the space and raised up before retracting back again. The work sought to explore ideas of power, occupation and ephemerality.
